Summary: Late check in due to flight cancelled, but didn't explain change reservation, which cause we had to moved out the room in the evening from the 2nd day of our 3 day booking. Hopefully we didn't get double charged.

Summary: The rooms were totally pristine and clean. The bedrooms spacious for movement and each had a TV. The kitchen offered micro wave, stove top , dishwasher and fridge. Also it has plenty of utensils, pots and dinnerware!! We had a very nice living room in this suite we occupied. Loved the view and everyone was so cordial and friendly,. They had breakfast and coffee items along with free water.

Summary: We are frequent stayers! Convenient, Easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores. Parking can be a bit tight, but overflow available.

Summary: The staff was very courteous and check in was painless. We chose this hotel based on location and price point. That being said, it is an older hotel in a pleasant, walkable neighborhood. Food, coffee and a couple bars are all close by. The room itself was located in a building across the street from the lobby and had a great view of downtown from the walkway outside. The room appeared very clean at first glance but we did end up finding hairs in both beds. We had already called to complain that the tv wasn’t working and it was late so we all just decided to sleep on top of the sheets. Overall, a comfortable and safe room that needed more attention to detail.

Summary: Our first visit ever to Portland was extra special because of the Park Lane Suites and Inn experience. Our suite was comfortable, exceptionally clean and made it a perfect home away from home for our time with our daughter, who lives nearby (she actually recommended the hotel). The staff was so helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome - great hospitality makes everything better. We will be back!
